Jeanie Futrell

As a Pender County native, UNCW alumna, Certified Public Accountant (CPA), and North Carolina Certified Paralegal, I am passionate about helping clients navigate the estate administration process. During a difficult and emotional time, estate administration can feel overwhelming. Because the process involves both legal requirements and detailed financial matters, my background in accounting and estate administration allows me to provide valuable support to clients every step of the way. My goal is to help make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible.

For more than 26 years, I have been dedicated to serving clients in estate planning and estate administration. I was privileged to work alongside and be mentored by an exceptional Wilmington estate planning attorney from 1991 until his untimely passing in 2017. The knowledge, professionalism, and commitment to client service that he instilled in me continue to guide my work today. I am grateful for the opportunity to work with David and continue providing that same level of dedication, loyalty, and personalized service to our clients.

My husband, Norwood, and I have two children and three grandchildren. He is retired from the State of North Carolina in public safety and now works alongside our son in their successful landscaping business. We enjoy boating, cookouts with family and friends, and traveling to warm destinations, especially The Florida Keys!
